KVM School LKG student Parents allege sexual assault one booked. High drama witnessed at Kundan Vidya Mandir (KVM) School after the parents of minor girl alleged sexual assault with LKG class girl by class iv employee of school. Later the division number 8 Police registered case in this context and initiated investigation.The parents alleged that class -4 employees of the school including a gardener, bus conductors and women caretakers molest the minor girls of school. As the school management and staff refuted the allegations the parents staged protest and raised slogans. The parents also blocked road outside the school and demanded strict action against the accused.Sensing the situation heavy police force was deployed on the spot and ACP Sachin Gupta ordered to register FIR following which the protest was lifted. The parent’s also lodged written complaint with police and accused Gardner Naresh for the sexual assault with minor girls. However the police have registered case against unidentified persons and dsaid that accused will be nominated in case after the investigation.In a complaint lodged with police the parents stated that the class four employees of school sexual exploit the students of primary wing. They alleged that around six employees have formed the gang and touch the minor girls in inappropriately. They alleged that the school management wanted to hush up the matter.In damage control mode, School principal Navita Puri claimed that gardener identified as Naresh was immediately suspended after parents of a girl from LKG lodged complaint with them. ACP North Sachin Gupta said that they have registered case following the statement of parents and will investigate the matter.FIR has been registered on complaint of parents of the girl under section 354-B (Assault or use of criminal force to woman with intent to disrobe) of IPC and section 8 (sexual assault) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POSCO).
