Rohtak district and sessions court has issued a bailable warrant against Yoga guru Baba Ramdev. Baba Ramdev is accused of making controversial statements at the Sadbhavana convention held in Rohtak last year.
This was the controversial statement
Last year, Baba Ramdev had said at a goodwill convention organized in Rohtak that some people put a hat and say that even if they were cut off, they would not speak Bharat Mata ki Jai. He had said before continuing the issue, We are bound by law, otherwise we will be able to cut hundreds or thousands of heads.
Congress leader filed case
After this, Congress leader Subhash Batra appealed to register a case against him for instigating an insulting speech. Police did not register a case against Ramdev, Batra knocked on the court. In addition to taking notice of the matter, Legal Magistrate Harish Goyal On March 2, had issued summons against Ramdev. However, the court had earlier issued summons to Baba Ramdev, but he did not appear in the court.
Opposition criticized the opposition parties
In the hearing on the next date of the case, the magistrate issued a bailable warrant against Ramdev .The court has granted Ramdev a personal compensation of Rs one lakh rupees as a bail, as well as appearing in court on June 14. It is worth mentioning here that after controversial statement made by Baba Ramdev, along with the opposition parties, different sectors of society have raised voice against Ramdev.
