Israel’s Ambassador to the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has invited the visiting delegation to visit his country in September for extensive discussions and cooperation on various topics including defense, agriculture, horticulture and water conservation.An official spokesman, after meeting with Ambassador Daniel Cameron on Tuesday morning, informed about this. According to the spokesperson, the two sides have identified possibilities of enhancing mutual cooperation in many areas which are very important for the development and progress of Punjab. According to the spokesperson, the main priority of cooperation between Israel and Punjab has been fixed. The Chief Minister also showed interest in the use of Israel’s expertise in promoting horticulture, dairy farming, beekeeping, irrigation and water conservation in the state.Apart from this, the two parties decided to set up group work group for water conservation, horticulture, dairy farming and agriculture in agriculture.
