Hafiz Saeed and his four associates are spreading terrorism in the name of Jihad, so they have been detained. The Interior (Interior) Ministry of Pakistan has said this to a judicial review board. During this, he said that the Pakistani government has taken him so that he cannot raise voice for the Kashmiris. However, the interior ministry dismissed Hafiz’s arguments and told the 3-member board that Hafiz and his associates are spreading terrorism in the name of Jihad. The Judicial Review Board has ordered the interior ministry to present complete evidence related to Hafiz and his associates Zafar Iqbal, Abdul Rahman Abid, Abdullah Ubaid and Kazi Kashif Niaz. The next hearing of this case will be on May 15. The Board has asked the attorney general to appear personally.Hafiz and his four colleagues were presented in the Supreme Court of Lahore under heavy security. During that time there was a large number of Hafiz supporters present outside the court. Hafiz’s lawyer AK Dogar was also in the courtroom, but the founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafid appealed for his own plea. He said, “The the government have never been proved allegations against me till now. Me and my organization raise voice for Kashmir’s freedom and criticize the government’s weak policy on Kashmir. “Hafiz has appealed to the Board to dismiss the order of the Pakistan Punjab Government. An official from the Federal Interior Ministry reported that the government has taken custody of Hafiz and his colleagues under UN pressure.
Hafiz Saeed is the chief of the terrorist organization Jamat-ud-Dawa. He is also a co-founder of another terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. Both of these organizations have been found to be involved in several terrorist attacks in India.
