Pakistan President Mamnoon Hussain has said that India has become a major obstacle in the path of peace arising in South Asia. While addressing the joint session of the Pakistani Parliament, he discussed the Indo-Pak relations on the Kashmir issue. At the same time, he termed the Kashmir issue as an incomplete agenda for the India-Pakistan Partition.Mamnoon Hussain said, “Our Kashmiri brothers, sisters and their children are protesting for their basic rights of independence and during this time they are oppressed. There is only one solution for the Kashmir issue that there should be held plebiscite under the UN paradigm. “Blaming India, he said that instead of responding to the remarkable efforts of Pakistan’s peace, India is sending the spy and the terrorists like Kulbhushan Jadhav to Pakistan. Pakistan wants to end all problems with general talk, but India is not responding.
