The Home Ministry said that Pakistan did the daily ceasefire violation in 2015 and 2016. In these 2 years, 23 soldiers of India were martyred in Pakistan’s ceasefire violation. In response to an RTI, the Home Ministry said these things. According to the report of the Home Ministry, during 2012-2016, there were 1,142 terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir. In it 236 jawans were martyred and 90 civilians were killed.
“During the year 2012-16, Security Forces killed 507 terrorists.” In his reply, the Home Ministry said, “Pakistan has violated ceasefire in the Line of Control (LoC) 449 in 2016 and 405 times in 2015.”
How many terror incidents in Jammu and Kashmir?
According to the Home Ministry, “In 2012, there were 220 terror incidents in Jammu and Kashmir and 112 in 2016. In 2016, 82 jawans were killed and 15 civilians were killed.”
“In 2015, 208 terrorist incidents took place.” 39 soldiers died and 17 civilians were killed. This year, security forces killed 108 millitants in the encounter. ”
“In 2013, there were 170 terrorist attacks in which 53 jawans were killed and 15 civilians were killed. Forces pushed 67 terrorists.”
“In 2014, 47 soldiers died in terrorist incidents, 28 civilians were killed, 110 millitants were killed in the encounter with the Forces.”
“In 2012, 15 soldiers were killed in 220 militant attacks. In the encounter, Forces killed 72 terrorists.”
According to Retired Major General GD Bakshi, “Exemplary war has been fought by Pakistan against India, if it talks of peace, then it can not be trusted. The Jammu-Kashmir episode is in front of us.”
