Punjab budget session: AAP walked out of Vidhan sabha

As Manpreet Badal, finance minister of punjab, started to read budget session in assembly, AAP MLAs walked out of the Vidhan sabha.

People of state have lots of hope and expectations from government of Punjab. He presented the budget of Rupees 118237.90 Crores, Actual budget is 90737.90 crore.
