Ferozepur:In a body blow to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Ferozepur, its senior leader and state vice president of party’s legal cell Satnam Singh Kamboj along with his aides resigned from the party after levelling serious charges of corruption, nepotism, anarchical politics and exploitation of innocent girls and female party workers.
Satnam Pal had contested the previous Lok Sabha election from Ferozepur Parliamentary constituency in 2014 from the party ticket and had got 1,13,412 votes.
Interacting with the media, advocate Satnam Pal Kamboj levelled serious charges of corruption against the party chief Kejriwal himself and his aides along with allegations of selling tickets to criminals. Satnam said that the female workers were not safe in Aam Aadmi Party. Many of the female workers of the party had been harassed by the most of the leadership, due to which many of such harassed female workers had quit the party.
Satnam said that a senior female leader from Ferozepur and Hoshiarpur area had already resigned from the party due to the policies of the AAP. He said none of the party candidates was honest and approximately all of the candidates had been involved in one or more crimes. The party leadership did not take the old candidates of Lok Sabha in its confidence in any of the decisions and had been forcing the decisions on the workers and party had become anarchical by all means, which was a big threat to democracy as well.
