The Kuchaman Fort is historically in its own right and there are many places in it which have their own characteristics and special history. The pavilion built in the Fort is also unique. This ancient Shivling has its own speciality. With the beginning of the Saawan month on Monday, the devotees in the pavilions were tenacious. During the month, Shiva Aradhana, Mahamrityunj chanting, Rudrabhishek, Shiva praise and rituals will run on pagoda throughout the district.The feature of the Shivalaya is about two hundred and fifty years old and there is not only one but 11 Shivlingas established in it. All these 11 Shivlingas are located in the same Jallabhariya, which is probably only in Kurukan Fort in the entire state. Govind Singh Rathod, manager of Kuchaman Fort, told that right under Shiva temple, the underground water is pure. The water is replaced with fresh and clean water from time to time.With the 11 Shivlingas, the entire Shiva Parivar is immortal. He said that this pagoda built in 1450 feet height and 302 years old fort was renovated in Vikram Samvat 2018 by then King Pratap Singh. It has also been mentioned in the inscription here. The importance of doing anointing here itself increases 11 times. That is, the one-time Abhishek can be considered as an eleven-time consecutive anointing. In this temple priest Mangilal Sharma performs prayers every day. The staff living in the Fort and the members of their family also worships. The main event is organized at Maha Shivaratri in this Shiva temple situated at Kuchaman Fort. Many religious programs are organized all day. Jagaran and Abhishek’s programs are also held there.
