Chandigarh: In another political stunt, PPCC president Capt Amarinder Singh promised to give smart phones to Punjab resident along with 3G data for one year, on Sunday. To lure the voters, Capt has launched a website seeking the details including phone number and address to avail the service for getting free smart phones.
