Breaking: Shiv Sena leader staged attack to get security, Ludhiana police cracks case

Ludhiana: In a major development the city Police have cracked the case of murder attack of Shiv Sena leader Amit Arora that was reported on February 3in Basti Jodhewal area. Commissioner of Police Jatinder Singh Aulakh confirmed the development and said that Amit Arora with the help of his gunman and cook staged attack himself and misguided police.

The reason behind the attack was to het police security, escort vehicle and publicity. However the Police informer the development on Thursday but Daily Post has already reported the development on Wednesday only.On February 3, Amit Arora President of Youth wing of Shiv Sena was attacked in Basti Jodhewal area. The victim has suffered two bullet injuries on neck and was operated at Christian Medical College and Hospital (CMCH).

At the time of incident Arora was accompanied by his gunman and cook. In his statement to Police Arora has stated that he has stopped his car near soup vend and having soup while sitting in a car in Basti Jodhewal Chowk. His gunman and assistant were also sitting in the car. In a meantime two unidentified persons turned there and fired at him and disappeared from the spot. Later, Director General of Police, Suresh Arora has handed over the investigation to Prabodh Kumar, Additional Director General of Police, Internal Vigilance Cell and Human Rights.
