Patiala: Two unidentified persons found murdered in a hotel room at Patiala, on Sunday. The deceased were yet to be identified. The hotel staff informed the police after they found two persons dead in the room. The hotel staff told the police that suspicion raised when they did not get any response despite knocking the door repeatedly as the door was bolted from inside. One of the staff members said that the incident has came to light when the hotel cleaning staff opened the door with the master key with a motive to clean the room. He raised the alarm after witnessingthe bodies of two persons.

Soon after receiving the information the police team reached at the spot and initiated the investigation. Preliminary investigation advised no injury mark on the bodies, however, the police have learnt that the drug overdose might be the reason behind the incident.
