Chandigarh: Probing the sensational murder case of Sukhmanpreet Singh alias Sippy Sidhu, the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) may summon suspected people pertaining to the murder case along with the woman. Sources from CBI said that the CBI will be summoning the woman friend and others friends of Sippy for questioning in the case. Prior to this, while the case was being investigated by the Chandigarh Police, the cops have grilled the suspects including the woman friend of Sippy, twice in the matter.
Meanwhile, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) have registered a case against unknown person in the Sukhmanpreet Singh Sidhu, alias Sippy, murder case. The case was being investigated by the Chandigarh Police and was then transferred for further investigation to CBI after recommendation of the UT Governor. The 32-year-old national shooter and Punjab and Haryana advocate Sukhmanpreet Singh Sidhu alias Sippy was found dead here at the park of Sector 27, Chandigarh on September 20. Sukhmanpreet Singh Sidhu is the son of late I P S Sidhu, senior advocate of Punjab and Haryana High Court and grandson of S S Sidhu, former Punjab and Haryana High Court Justice, while Sippy himself was a corporate advocate and chairman at Sippy Sidhu Law Firm located at Sector 91, Mohali.
