The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) has granted on line approval to new party floated by Dushyant Chautala. After the split in Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), Dushyant and his father Ajay had decided to float a new party at Jind rally on November 17. The sources said that the name of the party probably would be Jan Nayak Janta Party. Dushyant and his supporters are also weighing more options in this regard. They said that other options of name include Jan Nayak Progressive Party and Jan Nayak Janta Dal. Regarding this, a meeting will be held on December 9, 2018.
The sources said that there would 25 founder members in party whose name would be announced on same day. Due to two days leave, the registration letter could not be issued to Dushyant. The CEO is being expected to issue the letter within next two days. It is also known that the registration has been done in the name of a close person to Ajay Chautala. The names of Dushyant and Digvijay have been included additionally. It is pertinent to mention that all members had submitted their voter’s card, Pan Card and income tax return documents. The sources revealed that the discussion regarding the name of party’s national president and other office bearers is underway.
