BADAL JUSTIFIES PROPOSAL OF RS 6,000 RELIEF ANNOUNCED TO FARMERS BY THE CENTRE
Amid talks of differences between the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) alliance, former Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal made it clear that SAD-BJP alliance is intact and both the parties will contest the Lok Sabha elections together. Badal said that Narendra Modi would again become Prime Minister for second time as the NDA has no threat from opposition parties. Former Chief Minister was in Ludhiana to meet his family friend and close aide Mann Singh of Gurmail family. Mann Singh is undergoing treatment at a private hospital here. Former Chief Minister met him and wished speedy recovery. Talking to Daily Post, Badal said that there was no difference between the alliance and party president Sukhbir Singh Badal is holding talks with the BJP leadership continuously and put full stops on all rumours.
