Tripura Govt. lead education:Rattan Lal Nath,Law&Education Minister,Tripura Govt, told that 800 academic leaders will be appointed to closely supervise teaching in Schools who will be imparted special training .Financial assistance and laptops will also be provided before posting them to 58 Blocks to achieve the goal of excellent education in our Schools.25,000 teachers have also been provided special training.Budget to the tune of Rs. 28 Crore has been allocated for this purpose.State Govt has also launched “Nutan Disha” (new direction) program to assess academic level of students of Class III to Class VIII.The program is designed to promote interaction between teachers and guardians to sort out the solution to academic and non-academic problems which in turn will prove as booster for education standards and personality development of students.
On 3rd of March, 2,18,484 guardians of 3.2Lac students held interaction with the teachers .Sh Biplub Kumar Bebnath, Chief Minister Tripura, personally visited several Schools to monitor the interaction which has been reported to be successful and encouraging.He further added that BJP led Govt has recently trained 40,660 teachers to harness them to switch over to NCERT curriculam from the academic session 2019-20 beginning with effect from April this year and will be introduced in 5000 Govt Schools for the first time in 43 years.The Minister proudly acclaimed that BJP led State Govt has taken the lead in this unique program of its kind as it is certainly bound to benefit all and the State will be vanguard State.
