Chandigarh – During controversy over the alleged scam in the name of investment in films, the involvement of a digital chit fund operating in Punjab has come to the fore. It is learnt that the name of Bollywood star Sohail Khan, who is brother of super star Salman Khan, has appeared as a partner of Blue-fox Company in which people have invested Rs 800 crore. All the investors were apprehending that company might close down.Interestingly, to prove the chit fund business as valid, an associate of company Bharat Bhushan Sharma held a press conference in Chandigarh on Wednesday, but he could not be able to prove the legality of the company accepting investment of the people. Two days ago, some investors of Blue-fox Motion Picture, had alleged that the company was forcing them to invest in Crypto Currency which is unauthorised in the country, to take return back their deposits. They had also alleged that the directors of the company had fled abroad. They had produced a number of videos to prove their claim.On Wednesday, a press conference was organised by the associates of the company on the behalf of it. They said that the company have more than 60,000 investors across the country. The numbers of investors are approximately 8,000 from Punjab. They contradicted the claim that the company had promised them to pay double against their investment in two years. But they could not to produce the legal authority to run the business.
