New Delhi: The woman who claimed to be Sanjay Gandhi’s biological daughter, has urged the Supreme Court to ban the release of Indu Sarkar on Wednesday. The film is going to be released this Friday. The counsel appearing for the petitioner appeared in front of a bench of three judges led by Justice Deepak Mishra and charged that the film directed by Madhur Bhandarkar is full of facts.The Bench comprising Justices Amitav Rai and A.M Khanwilkar-based bench declined to give a date for the hearing on the petition. The bench said, “Give your memo. We will look at it. We are not giving any date. “The lawyer of petitioner Priya Singh Pal alleged in the court that the movie contains “traumatic facts” to defame the image of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
