Chandigarh: Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij, on Saturday reviewed the arrangements being made for the 3-day state-level yoga training programme to be held at Parade Ground in Sector 5, Panchkula, from June 12 to 14. The minister issued guidelines to senior officers of Panchkula District Administration, Patanjali Yogpeeth, AYUSH Department and BJP workers regarding preparations for the programme.
Brand Ambassador for Yoga and Ayurveda in Haryana, Baba Ramdev, would impart training to the participants in this event. Vij directed Additional Deputy Commissioner, Hema Sharma, to make arrangements for mike service, security and banner. He also directed her to coordinate with Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA), Panchkula, Gian Chand Gupta and assign duties to officers and party workers for guidance of VVIPs who would participate in the programme. He said that Haryana Governor, Prof Kaptan Singh Solanki, would inaugurate the state-level yoga training camp at 5 am on June 12.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, would preside over this event. All Ministers, MLAs, judges of Punjab and Haryana High Court, members of Bar Association, heads of Departments, senior workers of Patanjali Yogpeeth and media persons have been invited for this event, he added.
