Endoscopic Laparoscopic Association of Asia (ELSA) has invited Dr Kuldip Singh, pioneer laparoscopic surgeon from Ludhiana to deliver a key note guest lecture on critical view of safety for performing safe laparoscopic gallbladder Surgery. He will be chairing the plenary session of Prof. Hilvano memorial lecture to be delivered by Prof Barry Salky, President of the world federation of endoscopic society from USA.Dr Kuldip Singh will be the guest of honor during the inaugural ceremony of Elsa to be held on 16th November 2017. Singh is the founder member of ELSA and governing board member for more 10 years and was the first surgeon from India to be the secretary general of ELSA.
Dr Kuldip Singh has been board of governors of international federation of endoscopic societies (IFSES) and the only member from India in the “sages safe cholecystectomy task force” which propagates the culture of safety in laparoscopic surgery all over the world.h He has been the president and chief trustee of Indian association of laparoscopic surgery (IAGES) and has delivered more than 100 lectures in national and international conferences.Dr Kuldip Singh’s team of surgeons follows this technique and have published the first research work in Indian surgical field for his pioneer work he has also been invited to the world congress of laparoscopic surgery to be held in Seattle, USA in April 2018.
