In an effort to eradicate the use of drugs among school children, “Foundation for a Drug-Free world” has organised an “Anti- drug Campaign” and distributed booklets among the students of Government Boys middle School , Waripora Payeen of Nehalpora area of North Kashmir’s District Baramulla .
The statement issued by the organising members of campaign said , ‘Foundation For a Drug Free World’, is focused on minimising the use of drugs among school children.
“We are very thankful to the administration of Govt. Middle school , Waripora Payeen who gave us a chance to interact and hold an informative session about drugs with the students. Moreover, The Anti- drug campaign of ‘Foundation for a Drug-Free world’ will continue in different schools of Kashmir valley ,” the statement said.
The campaign was organised with an aim to teach the students about the side effects of drugs on health. All the students of the school and teaching staff participated in the campaign actively.
