The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) said that it was fell down by 14 percent from the sale of homes in March this year.More than 70 percent of all markets saw fewer homes sold in June than they did in May.Home sales fell by 6.7 percent at 2010 record’s level. In June, the average cost of a typical home of Canada was recorded at $ 5,04,458, which is 0.4 percent higher than last year, but in April, the average price for 5,59,317 dollars was reduced by 10 percent.
