Petition filed for arrest against dhillon in Canada. Sikhs for Justice has filed a case in the Justice of Peace, Toronto and demanding arrest against former IG of CRPF Tejinder Singh Dhillon, Of being accused of torturing. The court will now hear the case. In this case, S. F. J. Based Jatinder Singh Grewal’s Justice of Peace, filed charges against Dhillon on behalf of swore letter from a victim.When Canada forced Dhillon to return to India then he was issued a free return ticket and a new visa was issued to him. US based S. f. J. Legal Advisor Gurpatwant Singh Pannu said that this letter was given by Inderjit Singh, who live in a village near Jalandhar and he does not want to show his identity at this time.Inderjit says that CRPF torched him although he also said that Dhillon himself did not torture him. On May 18,they were not allowed to enter in Canada when they went from Frankfurt to Canada with his wife. Canadian officials told them that you have worked in a force that spreads terrorism and violates human rights,so you cannot be allowed to enter Canada. Although his wife was allowed to enter Canada, but Dhillon returned to India. Pannu says that under the Offender Code of Canada Section 7 (3.7), Canadian courts can prosecute such officers in cases outside of Canada.
