New Delhi: General Secretary of Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) Manjinder Singh Sirsa, who is contesting the coming elections of the body, said that he had fulfilled all the promises made to the Sikhs by him.
Seeking votes for the elections of DSGMC, Sirsa said that it would be their priority to establish a Guru Teg Bahadur University with international standards and opening of a center for imparting coaching to appear in competitive exams for entering into the IAS, IPS and other Central government services. Sirsa said that all the suggestions given by the Sikh ‘sangat’ had been incorporated in the manifesto released by the party which would be fulfilled in coming four years. DP
