But he has also irked the legal community with his comments. Jagdish Tytler said “proof against me is wrong”.Jasbir Singh and Resham Singh presented the affidavit against Tytler. The case has now been adjourned to January 6 for further recording of statement Phoolka and for further proceedings. One such is advocate H S Phoolka, who represented the riot victims in court. On Saturday December 16, Phoolka recorded his statement before the Patiala house court in a case filed by him against Tytler for having made derogatory allegations against him and having threatened to kill on a TV programme.
