Onion prices have come down to Rs. 12 per kg. Today there are 210 trucks of onion in the market. He said that onion prices are unlikely to increase at the moment, but prices of these may increase if there is rain and flood stage.
Tomatoes prices in the market are also running between Rs 30 and Rs 40. Tomato Association Chief Ashok Kaushik said that according to the amount of consumption of tomatoes in the capital, arrivals are coming up. These tomatoes are also coming from Shimla, Maharashtra and from Bangalore. Its prices may be even lower in the coming days.
