Arms dealer Abhishek Verma who accused the Forensic Laboratory authorities of defending genocide perpetrator Jagdish Tytler by acting in an unfair and biased manner, has today moved to the Karkardooma Court against at Rohini of New Delhi.Abhishek Verma has told the Court that his Lie Detection Test was not being conducted in fair and impartial manner. He has informed the Court that Senior Scientific Officer asked him to answer totally irrelevant questions to defend the key accused Jagdish Tytler. He added that on October 24 after ousting his lawyer from the Test Room, he was asked questions like “Why do people like you marry twice”, “Why are you after Tytler?” etc.Verma has sought a detailed standard operating procedure for conducting polygraph test to be filed by the FSL, Rohini in the court to bring on record complete transparency. He has also sought a status report of the polygraph test conducted on him on October 24 to be filed by the lab before the court.It may be recalled here that the probing agency CBI had been demanding conduction of Lie Detection test (Polygraph Test) on Jagdish Tytler and arms dealer Abhishek Verma in a case pertaining to killing of three innocent Sikhs in Pulbangash area of Delhi on November 1, 1984. Although Jagdish Tytler was given clean chit thrice in this case but the case was once again reopened with the constitution of Special Investigation Team by the Union government in February 2015.Although, the both accused had initially denied to undergo lie detection test. However, later Abhishek Verma told the Court that he was ready to undergo Polygraph test if he was provided round the clock security. The CBI had earlier requested the court to allow test conduction on Jagdish Tytler. But the Court had refused stating that Tytler couldn’t be forced to undergo Polygraph test.
