Earlier towns in Haryana were infamous for scanning and abortion of female fetus. However the government under Manohar Lal Khattar. Health team of Haryana had also raided Ratan Hospital on Chandigarh road in Ludhiana where unauthorized scanning machine was recovered on April 11. License of the hospital was later cancelled.
