Haryana Judicial Examination paper. Haryana Civil Services (Judicial) examination paper, which took place in the month of July, got leaked resulting to which the entire examination was completely cancelled. In the examination, women candidates were toppers in general and reserved category. It was disclosed in the investigation that they had bought question paper for 1.5 crore rupees. A female candidate who complained about this was also the part of this illegal activity. In July this year, about 800 candidates gave the examination for 109 posts.Suman, a resident of Panchkula, filed a petition in the High Court alleging that the examination paper was sold for 1.5 crore rupees. Her allegations in the investigation proved to be correct. The High Court’s inquiry committee has recommended the registration of the FIR in the registrar of the High Court (recruitment) Dr. Balwinder Sharma, top ranked Sunita in the general category and top ranked Sushila in the reserved category. The inquiry committee had also recommended the transfer of Sharma and the removal of the examination. Registrar (recruitment) Balvinder Sharma is the Judge of Punjab Cadre.On the report of Vigilance, Registrar of the High Court, the bench acknowledged that two candidates Sunita and Sushila had a question paper before the examination itself. So it would have got to others as well. The bench directed the inquiry committee to check the call details of candidates.Suman also applied to sit in the examination. She even joined a coaching center for preparation of the examination. She became friend of Sushila (who later became the topper of the reserved category). One day she asked Sushila to get the audio clip related to the lecture. In the clips she was given, Sushila was talking to another girl Sunita (who later became a general category topper). They were talking about one and a half million rupees. Suman asked Sushila about this and showed interest in taking paper.According to Suman, she was surprised to see the question paper in the examination held on July 16. The six questions she was told by Sushila came in all the papers. Suman told her husband about this, then she complained to the police and the High Court. After this hearing began in the High Court and summoned the result sheet in court, it was found that both of the girls who were interacting with the audio clip were both topped. After this, the full bench was formed for the hearing.
