Sirsa:Ram Rahim property values 1151 crore, 204 to be recovered. The official details of the property of the rapist Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who was sentenced to 20 years in a Sadhvi sexual exploitation case, has been prepared by the administrative authorities. The price of the property has been calculated according to the Government rates and the estimated value of the property is found to be Rs 1151 crore This report has been prepared after the order of the High Court. However, buildings constructed on Dera’s land have not been included.The buildings will evaluated through PWD in other districts. The administration officials will soon forward the report to the government. Apart from this, the violence that took place on August 24, 25 after the conviction of Ram Rahim, that loss will also be calculated, the loss of army equipment , railways and buses will also be added in this. The violence lead to the loss of property worth Rs 204 crore which the government will recover from Ram Rahim property.The loss of Rs 204 crore includes the loss of roadways worth 14 crores, 50 crores of the Northern Railway, 45 crores of army and paramilitary forces and 95 crores loss occurred during violence in the state including Panchkula. According to the government records Gurmeet Ram Rahim has 953 acres of land from which 700 acres is in Sirsa of which 95 acres of land is Ram Rahim’s cave.According to the reports, the Dera has 11 acres of land, which might worth up to Rs 8 crore. There are six deras in Jind, from which four names after Ram Rahim. Ram Rahim has property worth Rs 9.33 crore in the district. He has property worth Rs 14.89 crore in city Jind and approximately 3 crore in Narwala. Apart from this he also have property which is still being evaluated.
