The Delhi High Court has stayed the dissemination of advertisements promoting Patanjali Chyawanprash of Patanjali Ayurved Limited. The court has taken this decision on the demand of Dabur India, who said that their product has been neglected in the advertisement.Chief Judge Geeta Mittal and Justice C. Hari Shankar’s court has allowed the Ayurveda firm Patanjali to disseminate advertisements of their product.
The order will continue until the next hearing (September 26). At the same time, the order has issued for Patanjali Ayurved Ltd on the demand of Dabur India to clarify their stand.Dabur India has also demanded Rs 2.01 crore as loss due to Patanjali. Dabur India registered a demand against the court’s order on September 1 . The court dismissed the demand of Dabur, in which Patanjali’s advertisement was requested to stop the advertisement.
