New Delhi: Triple Talaaq Supreme Court can give decision on Tuesday. The Supreme Court can give the decision on the on going issue of triple talaaq on Tuesday. According to the information, the constitutional bench of five judges will take the decision. court’s verdict could be revealed by 11 o clock. The matter was heard in the Supreme Court between May 11 and 18, and the decision was kept unveiled. In the affidavit given to the Supreme Court by the central government they stated that the practice of triple talaaq is not justified and are not in favor of continuing it.During the hearing, the All-India Muslim Personal Law Board had acknowledged that they would issue Advisory to all the Qaazi that they should not only consider women’s opinion on Triple Talaaq but also include them in the nomination.Earlier on May 18, the court had asked the All-India Muslim Personal Law Board to know whether the woman can be given the option of refusing triple talaaq in the ‘nikahnama’ at the time of nikaah. Khehar asked Kapil Sibal, lawyer of the Muslim Personal Law Board, if its possible that a woman should be given the right to not to accept triple talaaq. The court asked whether the board could issue instructions to all the priests that they include a woman’s will on triple talaaq.Attorney General, Mukul Rohtagi said to the five-member constitutional bench, headed by Chief Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar during the hearing that if the court immediately rejects the way of divorce, the central government will bring legislation to regulate marriage and divorce laws between the Muslim community. Rohatgi had said this when the court asked him if such methods (triple talaaq) were rejected, what would be the way for a Muslim man to get out of marriage.
