While most people observe fasts to pay respect to the three forms of the Goddess-Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati, here is a comprehensive day-wise guide by one of the most renowned astrologers, numerologists, palmists and a vaastu experts in India, Godess Jai Madaan to welcome prosperity in your life during this auspicious period that is celebrated with a lot of vigor and zeal.Day 1 – Pratipada – 2nd October, 2016 Maa Shailputri is worshipped on the first day of Navratri, who is known as the daughter of the mountains. She brings peace and harmony in the house and her idol is dressed in bright grey.
