Non Bailable warrant issued against Ravneet Singh Bittu. District court has issued non-bailable warrant against Ludhiana MP Ravneet Bittu. The court has fixed the next date for the hearing on October 11. Earlier on May 12, Bittu had secured bail after appearing in the court. A case has been registered against Bittu in the Sector-11 police station after entering into the the PGI and doing Protest.The challan came six years after the police in the case against MP. On this, he had ordered them to appear before the court. On May 12, Ravneet Bittu’s advocate Baljeet Singh Saini and Satinder Basiya had filed bail application in the court. Approving this, the court granted them bail on the Shoretie bond of Rs 25,000.The hearing of the case was to be held on June 2 but after that, they did not appear before the court after which the court issued their non-bailable warrant. According to the case Congress leader Ravneet Bittu along with supporters doing protest near the PGI Chownk. From here he is accompanied by supporters, and entered into PGI. section 144 was passed on the order of DC.On this, the police stopped them from going inside, according to the allegations, including Bittu with supporters forcibly entered in PGI and demonstrated there. After this, Police Station has registered a case against Ravneet Bittu. The case was registered under section 188.
