Votes will be cast in the state on November 9 and the results will be on December 18.State Chief Election Officer Pushpendra Rajput said, “Shyam Negi will vote on the Mihal Chinese Poling booth of Kalpa. EC will send a car to bring them to the polling booth. Red carpet will also lay for him on the booth.” while showing Negi’s passion for voting, Google India also released a video message in 2014 entitled “True Story of Man Who Never Missed an Opportunity to Vote”. Negi will vote for the first time with the Voter Variable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT).He said, “When the electronic voting machine (EVM) came, he was very curious how to vote on the machine. Now he will also experience VVPAT. “It is mentionable here that earlier, the one can cast vote by stamping on ballot paper. After that EVM took it in 1999. In 2013, the NOTA came in the EVM.
