In private schools, private bill for including Bhagwat Geeta in Syllabus may come for discussion in the next session of Parliament. Under this, arrangements will be made for the revocation of the affiliation of institutions who will not apply this in schools. The bill, introduced by BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri, states that Bhagwat Geeta’s ideas and teachings will make the younger generation better citizens and will work to soften their personality.In Bhagwad Geeta’s Compulsory Education Bill 2016, has been said that every educational institution must teach the Bhagwad Geeta. The bill has also been said that these rules do not apply to minority schools. According to the draft of the bill, the government should abolish the accredition of schools who don’t follow this.Ramesh Bidhuri about the bill said that the time has come for honest efforts to promote Geeta’s education. He said that it is unfortunate that such a Granth which has unlimited education for every age group is ignored.
He said that the government will have to make five thousand crores of rupees to implement this bill. In the Bulletin of the Lok Sabha, it has been said that the President has been apprised of the draft of this Bill.
