Accompanied by AAP leaders Sanjay Singh, HS Phoolka, Bhagwant Mann, Gurpreet Ghuggi and others had one hour close door meeting.
Two months ago, AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Sucha Singh Chottepur also visited Johl at his residence to seek advice on Agriculture crisis in the state.Sources close to AAP said that Kejriwal also wanted to name Sardara Singh Johl as Chief Minister candidate of Aam Aadmi Party.
No point of joining any political party:
Joha. SS Johal said that Kejriwal came to seek my advice, so I welcomed him with respect as he is Delhi CM. We had a long discussion regarding farmers, industry and others issues.
This is competitive politics and every party is giving sops to farmers but none of the parties are looking at their sustainability. Free electricity is not an answer to state’s problem. I am not a political personality but I am from Punjab, a Punjabi and willing to give my suggestions to whosoever listens to me, said Johl.Meanwhile, Kejriwal also held rounds of meeting with group of Industralists in a hotel where media was not allowed. Sources said that some Sikh radicals were also present in the hotel for separate meeting with Kejriwal.
