Congress, AAP and BJP intensify poll campaign. With just eight days left for polling in Gurdaspur, The canvassing for the Gurdaspur bypoll is gradually intensifying with the three prominent political parties – BJP, AAP and the Congress – going all out to woo voters. While Congress and BJP prefer rallies and meetings from the very first day of the campaigning, Aap party has been going door to door to woo the voters from the last six days.Both the BJP and the Congress are confident of winning the seat while the AAP, too, is leaving no stone unturned to reclaim the support from the general public despite its four mains leaders including Lakhmeer Singh, Joginder Singh Chinna, kulbhushan Minhas and Kawaljit Singh Kaki went rebelled recently. BJP Punjab Secretary and campaign incharge Vineet Joshi said that it’s the party strategy to organise minimum ten to twelve public meeting daily. They are also focusing to big rallies with their alliance partner SAD. To intensified their campaign, he further said that SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal himself camped in Gurdaspur till Oct 9 and hold big rallies to boost the morale of the workers. on Wednesday, it was his third rally in Pathankot, he also added. As a poll strategy, Congress are not only attacking in rallies and meeting but also lashing out at BJP on Social media, asking ten main questions from Modi led BJP government.
