Ludhiana – The court of judicial magistrate Gurpreet Kaur has given two days police remand of Taljit Singh alias Jimmy in RSS shakha firing case on Monday. The police remand in murder of Pastor of Church, Sultan Masih was ended on Monday and Jimmy was again taken into police custody in RSS shakha fıring case. The police have sought seven days police remand but the court has given only two days remand. Earlier, Salem Tabri police again asked for extension in remand in church pastor murder case but the court rejected it and ordered judicial remand. After the Jimmy came out of court the division number two police arrested him and get two days police remand in RSS shakha firing case. In January 2016, Jimmy was involved in firing outside RSS shakha in Kidwai Nagar. However no person was injured in firing. N. Meanwhile, the court also extended the police remand of another accused UK national Jagtar Singh Johal alias Jaggi in RSS shakha firing case. His remand has been extended for one day. police asked for seven days extension in his remand. The court of judicial magistrate Sumit Sabharwal extended the police remand of Anil alias Kala, manager of jailed gangster Dharmendra Ghuggni for one day in church pastor murder case. Police claimed that it has to recover his diary which he has allegedly hidden at his sister’s home in Nalagarh of Himachal Pradesh. Police claimed that all the details of weapons sold to accused and money received by him are written in that diary and he has confessed keeping it at his sister’s place. The police claimed that four accused in targeted killings Jimmy Singh, Jagtar Singh Johal alias Jaggi, Ramandeep and Hardeep alias Shera were also behind firing outside RSS shakha. According to police, Ramandeep has confessed that he had opened fire outside RSS shakha.
