Chandigarh(Narinder Jagga): Facing setbacks in last few days, the AAP, Punjab has suffered a setback again today, when it’s State General Secretary Palwinder Kaur has resigned from the party. Talking to Daily Post, she told that AAP too has ignored the interest of Schedule Caste community and now there is no difference between other traditional parties and AAP. She had contested the Punjab Assembly Election in 2017. Although she had lost the election, but got 32037 votes.Joining the National Scheduled Caste Alliance (NSCA), today, she alleged that although there are 9 SC MLAs in the party, but AAP did not try to appoint a single SC leader as District President out of 22 districts. Moreover the MPs or MLAs of the party did not try to raise the SC related issues in any of the House and disappointed by these things, she decided to leave the party. She told that number of leaders from the Party, have been waiting for proper time to leave the party. President of the NSCA, Parmjit Singh Kainth said that she has been appointed as president of women wing of the alliance. He alleged that neither the Captain Government could able to implement SC Welfare schemes, nor serious about the rape incidents with girls belong to SCs families nor NSCA will hold a candle march in Chandigarh from Punjab Police Headquarter to CM house.
