Real Estate conference organized by RESA . Real Estate business is suffering since long in Punjab, people were hopeful that after new government took the charge of Punjab politics there may come a hike in business. But government has failed to give a boom to the property and condition is same as it was earlier. So a Real Estate Sector Association(RESA) has been formed in Ludhiana.The meeting was held on 16 Sep 2017 (Saturday) in Hotel Riyasat, Ludhiana, registered members of RESA discussed various issues which are expected to be faced by dealers in the near future.Members unanimously took following decisions:-
1. All prospectic customers will be charged a Visiting Fees of Rs.500/-, which will be adjusted in Dealer Commission
2. All association members will meet thrice a year to discuss various issues being faced by dealers.
3. Any dealer not charging a Visiting Fees will be fined by RESA with an appropriate amount to be decided on case to case basis.In addition, members discussed about the upcoming Municipal Corporation elections in detail and passed a resolution that they are one & will be on the same side. This meeting was chaired by Raju Tiger (Chairman, RESA) & Surinder Singh Ghai(President, RESA) and attended by Sanjeevan Sharma, Manil Sharma, S Kumar, Manmeet Singh, Baljeet Singh & Ashu Kapoor to name a few and many other dealers.
