It is worth mentioning that, Anshul Chhatrapati son of journalist Ramchandra Chhatrapati, has made serious allegation against former union minster Preneet Kaur.Anshul had alleged that Punjab‘s Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s wife Preneet Kaur had tried to save the Dera chief. In the press conference, he said that besides Preneet Kaur, Captain Amarinder’s advisor Bharat Inder Singh Chahal and senior Congress leader Harminder Singh Jassi also tried to save Ram Rahim from CBI investigation.Anshul avowed that in 2005, Dera followers protested in Chandigarh to influence the process of investagation, for that Preneet Kaur supports them and accompanied them to Delhi. Later, when CBI team reached Sirsa for investigation, Bharatinder Singh Chahal and Harminder Singh Jassa also reached Sirsa.
CBI team had stayed at the PWD’s rest house and both of them pressurized the Center to call back the inquiry team. On the other hand, Bharat Inder Singh Chahal said that he neither met Gurmeet Ram Rahim nor he visited Sirsa during CBI investigation. The allegations against them are inspired by politics.
