Surendra Mittal, a resident of Phagwara, Punjab, filed a petition in the High Court and appealed for the registeration of case against Radhe Maa with the Kapurthala police. On hearing the plea, the Punjab-Haryana High Court has reprimanded the Kapurthala police for not lodging the complaint so far. Surendra Mittal had complained to the Punjab Police against Radhe Maa a few months ago. He said that Radhe Maa harassed him by calling him time and again and also imtimidated him to not raise his voice against her.Punjab Police now has to answer before the High Court in this regard before November 13. It is also to be informed whether a criminal case can be formed and if a criminal case is formed then why FIR has not been registered in this case so far. In fact, petitioner Surendra Mittal, who is from Phagwara of Punjab, has been engaged in exposing Radhe Maa since a long time. In Phagwara some years ago, when Radhe Maa claimed herself to be the incarnation of the goddess and asked people to worship her, then Surendra Mittal had opposed her. After this, Radhe Maa had to apologise to Phagwara people with folded hands. She added to her apology that she would never try to claim herself to be a goddess in future. But a few years later, Radhe Maa reached Mumbai and started to call herself a incarnation of Goddess and earned a lot of wealth. Despite this, she constantly kept calling Surendra Mittal and also threatened him over the phone.Further, Surendra Mittal complained to the Punjab Police about the matter. But when the Punjab Police did not take any action for a long time, Surendra Mittal filed a petition in the High Court to have the criminal case registered against her. The Punjab & Haryana High Court has now summoned Punjab Police on hearing the case.
