After the rejection of petition by Punjab & Haryana High Court on the summon issued by fazilka district court to AAP leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira. AAP leader held a press conference in which he said “I will move to Supreme court on this matter. I am not punished yet”.“Congress and Akalis are trying to teach me morality But I will not resign under any pressure but if my party will said me to resign then i can think over it” AAP leader said during conference. A case was registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.Sukhpal Khaira had moved high court on November 3 against a Fazilka court’s order, while describing it as a “classic instance of political vendetta”. In his petition, he had asserted that an attempt was being made to rope him in as an accused with the aim to tarnish his reputation.
