Bharatiya Janata Party had earlier asked the Captain Government to remove the Punjab Referendum 2020 posters as they claimed that it would disrupt the harmony and peace in the state. BJP asked the government to take action against those who designed it, printed it, erected it and allowed to host on their buildings. Strongly reacting to BJP’s demands, the SFJ (Sikhs For Justice) dared the BJP to even touch the posters.The Sikhs for Justice is a US based organisation and is also spear heading the Punjab Referendum 2020. They warned the BJP and it’s activists to not to touch the posters or else face the consequences. The SFJ sent their message through Twitter. They also shared a Whats App message in this respect in both English and Punjabi wherein it dared BJP to even touch the hoardings.
