Leader of the Opposition in Punjab Vidhan Sabha and AAP MLA from Bholath Sukhpal Singh Khaira on Tuesday turned down the demand of the BJP and RSS leaders for apologise for his utterances against their organisations for their alleged involvement in the killing of Ludhiana-based priest Sultan Masih a few days ago.Talking to reporters here on Tuesday, Khaira said that he still stood by his stand that investigation agencies should also look into the alleged involvement of BJP and RSS leaders behind this gruesome murder as it seems to be handiwork of some fanatic elements which led to the murder of Masih. Lashing out at the police, he said police should refrain from making frivolous statements stating that it was the handiwork of foreign agencies. Rather they should concentrate on investigation to trace the culprits and book them under law. When asked about the legal notice by BJP and RSS to show any evidence against them otherwise he should apologies for his utterances, Khaira said that he was not bothered by such notices and was not afraid of such threats. He said that he stood by all the workers and poor persons belonging to any political party who were subjected to harassment because of political vendetta.
