Amritsar: Being very much sure of victory in the just concluded state assembly elections, local leaders and activists of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday organised a lunch here in which more than 500 party activists took part.
Speaking on the occasion, AAP’s state Vice President, Jaskaran Singh Badesha, asserted that the sole mission of AAP was to lend a helping hand to each and every citizen of the society, irrespective of one’s religion, caste, colour, creed or political affiliation.
He urged the party workers to join hands to conduct tasks to do general good and contact people door-to-door in every village. He said that since the party was sure of its victory, therefore, all the workers needed to launch crusade against corruption in order to make the state free from malaise.”
AAP’s only mission was to change the set up and revamp the system, which would be possible only if every activist of the party shoulders the responsibility.”
