‘Swadeshi Campaign’ forced Chinese army to back off from Doklam: RSS
Jalandhar(DP Correspondent) – On the occasion of foundation day, the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS)Jalandhar leaders Saturday said that Chinese Army backed off from Doklam following RSS threats to boycott Chinese goods in the country. “RSS led a nationwide ‘Swadeshi campaign’ against Chinese goods, following which Chinese Army had to back off from the border”, said Amrit Sagar, Sehkar Bharti’s north region, Seh Sangathan minister.Addressing the gathering at local Sain Dass School, he said that issues like Ram Janambhoomi andolan, Gau Sewa, Organic farming, social equality and family ties got a new direction in the present time. “RSS workers should work for social equality, which would lead to unity in the society”, he said.Sagar said that that revolutionary Dr Keshav Ram Hegdwar laid the foundation of RSS in the year 1925 on the occasion of Vijay Dashmi in Nagpur. He raised RSS from India’s freedom and laying foundation of a strong society. Earlier in the day, RSS workers performed ‘Shastra Pujan’ and later took out a foot march in several of places of city, hence exhibiting discipline.
