Ludhiana: United India Insurance Company imparted three weeks’ training to newly recruited Assistants in its Regional Training Centre, Ludhiana. For two-weeks class room training was given and for one week “On the job training” was imparted in its operating offices. On the concluding day of the training programme Angrup Sonam, Chief Regional Manager addressed all the participants and took their feedback.
In his valedictory address Angrup Sonam emphasised that future of the company is in the hands of new recruits. He motivated them to be more customer-friendly and advised that learning process for progress in their career should be a continuous process. On this occasion RP Sharma, Principal RTC Ludhiana and Anjana Bassi, AM from HRM Department were also present.
The participants conveyed their gratitude for having given them opportunity to learn about their jobs and their great organisation. All the participants were presented mementos by Angrup Sonam, Chief Regional Manager.
