New Delhi: Cricket betting has sometimes stained the game. But now even on the pattern of many countries in the world, for the legalizing of betting in India is also being considered.The Law Commission has asked all the State Cricket Associations to write a letter to legalize betting in India and given suggestions. Indian Law Commission secretary Sanjay Singh has written to the State Cricket Associations regarding this, which states that the Supreme Court has asked the Law Commission to find out the possibilities for legalizing betting.According to the letter, the Law Commission is asking for suggestions from all the aspects related to the cricket. We believe that suggestions on betting of state associations are important. In the wake of betting and gambling, the commission has decided to consider the possibility of giving legal status to both of them.In this letter, the Law Commission has urged all the State Associations to give their suggestions as soon as possible, so that the Commission will soon be able to prepare its report on this matter. These letters were released in the Supreme Court after the matters related to the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) and Bihar Cricket Association.There has always been a lot of passion for cricket in India and in this case, betting problems are also common during matches. In such situation B.C.C.I and government are always disturbed by such activities. Even betting activities are common during the Indian Premier League (IPL).
